I'm a TCA member and plan to attend the York Meet in a few weeks. I am bringing three guests whom never attended a York meet or belonged to TCA.
Where do guests register, and will they be allowed admission to all of the halls? We plan on attending both Thursday and Friday.

Guests register in Silver Hall. Registered guests of members have access to all of the halls.

Another question: How many bandit meets will take place this year, and what is the times and location?
The best place for info on the bandit meets is Clem's Primer. The new one should be posted within coming weeks, but in the mean time, here is the link to the Fall 2016 Primer (little changes from meet to meet, so this can be used for planning most of the time). The bandit meet info is in section 23 on pages 17-18 and the schedule on page 20.

If you would like to save some time you can have your guests register online at https://yorkregistration.org/guest.php?code=tca. Their badges will then be available at badge pickup in the lobby area of Silver and Blue Hall upon showing identification. They will have access to all six halls full of trains and operating layouts.
