The son of a TMB Club member just graduated as an electronics engineer from Manhattan College and got a job there. When he mentioned the club and his interest in trains they hired him on the spot. HE says its coming along great and on schedule

According to what I see on the web, it's going to be on 44th Street, in the NY Times building, where a restaurant was, and the printing was done.
Gulliver's Gate will be taking the 23,000 square-foot, ground-floor space at the Times Building previously occupied by theme restaurant Jekyll and Hyde Club.
So foreign trains instead of American trains?
