Sorry missing the comments and questions on how the SCS Paper Factory was made.
Well, for one, that is one industry I did not make. I got it from a good friend and great modeler, Phil Opielowski. Here is his comments on how he made the structure.

"The key components are the resin castings. I used Micro Mark materials. I made a pattern from styrene including 3 windows . Then I made a couple rubber molds and cast them in batches. The pieces between the windows between stories are also resin castings. I used Holgate & reynolds vinyl brick sheet to make a pattern of two, a rubber mold, and castings. The 6-story tall pillasters are I believe 1/8" styrene covered with H&R brick. You'll notice some longer than usual resin pieces made with the window arch fo fire escape doors and such. I had a "one-up" mold and trimmed them to shape. All doors are built-up styrene as is the delicate fire escape."
