Swanny,
Thanks and shouldn't it have crossed hockey sticks in the design?
Tom
Thank you Swanny and best wishes to you also
Clem
Thanks, Swanny--I'm all for the crossed hockey sticks, too. Just got back from Montreal and Quebec City--had an awesome time. I wasn't able to work in a visit to the rail museum in Montreal, though--next time for sure!

Great post. We visited the great city of Quebec a few weeks ago, really good place to visit.

Swanny,
Thanks much and Happy Thanksgiving to you up in Canada also, I agree it has to have Hock Sticks added.

Happy Thanksgiving, my new Canadian friend. Gobble Gobble.
I second Swanny's thoughts and wishes to ALL MY American FRIENDS and RELATIVES.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all of you.
Happy Thanksgiving from South of the Border to you! We really enjoyed our vacation this summer at Canada's Wonderland Amusement Park!

The beaver. The maple leaf, ah, bikini top (no bottom, I might add - it's Daisy Duck all over again); the seemingly annoyed, even enraged, goose - OK, when are geese not annoyed? - the geese around here (way south of Canada) are always screaming, too. Actually I think that they are the same geese - we get them in the winter. It's a scary coat of arms. The crown? Not so much; we had a disagreement with them over that, some centuries back.
I like it (except the crown). A bit terrifying. Even more so than the Mexican coat of arms with the eagle eating the snake.
Looks like a candidate for a custom decal run, to me.
Matt01,
Great post, you know our 1st Special Service Force in WWII was 1/2 Canadian and 1/2 US Army. Even in Viet Nam my MISF unit spent massive time with them, a better bunch of fighting men God never created. Those cross flags hung over many an encampment, all over the world.

Matt, when I was a young sprite and played youth hockey, we had these patches on our varsity-style jackets. We were all very proud of them.
Swanky,
Thank you very much!! I like the coat of arms a lot, but I agree about having crossed hockey sticks on it. Always glad to hear from our Canadian friends!!
I agree with all of you about the hockey sticks! Great idea. I will forward that suggestion.
Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
Thanks Swanny, expressing our graditude to our Canadian neighbors from Indiana.
John
Thanks Swanny and I hope you had a good day as well. eh

Very nice holiday wishes - thanks. I'd maybe add a floatplane to the coat of arms as well. Love those things. Enjoyed visiting the floatplane museum at Sault St. Marie (Ontario) a few years ago.
Thank you, Swanny and Larry. I love the coat of arms!
