Good heavens..a monster smoke generator that makes the others look like weak sisters. It would look cool embedded in a steel mill or a power plant..just have a gas mask handy. Quite a curiosity thats intended for boat modeling. I guess railroaders aren't the only ones enamored of steam to say the least. Check out the piping on the twin stacks..looks like enough smoke for quadruple stacks. Check out the Hudson G video at the bottom of the page. This brought to mind one fellow who piped a vaporizer output to some factory smokestacks..I cannot remember who but I imagine moisture accumulation might be a problem but he seemed content. Anyone know more about the vaporizer trick?

Alan I wonder if there would be a "wax" buildup over time or heavy use, like O gauge RR's do lol!

Hi Paul...Hadn't thought of that but I have been using it for a very long time now and one thing I noticed, the smoke wicks don't seem to get burned as much.  The "smell" is much improved...more like LGB smoke.  Regardless, a lot of room scented products use paraffin based formulas and they don't seem to create a problem but on the other hand they don't have the output like the smoke generators so you may have a point...??

I may order some fluid and try it out on an old steamer.
