Saw this neat little early diesel on a site.Has anyone made a model of it yet ? Looks like it could be an easy kit bash engine.

Isn't this locomotive at the Pennsylvania Trolley Musem in Washington, Pa.
With something that obscure (and ugly, although the rust and neglect probably play a role there), I suspect a bash is the only way you'd ever have a model of that loco. A K-Line Alco S4 switcher or similar small engine would be a good starting point.
From the general size, it looks like you might be able to use the platform from a AGEIR box cab as a base.

NO westinghouse diesel switchers have been made in O guage yet. It's a very obscure model. When MTH released the AEGIR Switcher, I believe we were a bit lucky.
