Has anybody heard from Dennis or Sandy at DZ Products recently?

Hey guys.

I am reaching out to you all wondering if anyone has had any contact with either Dennis or Sandy at DZ Products in the last (2) weeks.

Back the end of January, I order a custom signal bridge from Susan . At that time, she told me she does the build and then Dennis does the final QC before the product is shipped. She anticipated a ship date two weeks out from the order.

Fast forward to the end of February. I was billed on my VISA the full amount but did not receive the bridge.

For the last (2) weeks I have sent Dennis a few emails and have called Susan numerous times. All I am looking for is some status and if I need to dispute the charge on my card. I have not received any return email from Dennis nor has Susan returned any of my calls. I know I am dialing the right number because I get her voice and name with the answering machine message.

I find this to be very odd because in the past, both of them have been very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Back to the beginning, just wondering if any of you guys know anything I do not.

Saw them both at the Big E show at the end of last Jan.  This is Dennis greatest weakness is the intermittent communications you get from them.  This is the number one issue that pops up every couple of months.  I would highly recommend not ordering from the Z stuff Express website as I have had no luck with it.  I guess Dennis's daughter runs it.  Best to order from Ross custom switches or some other vendor.

I figured they would be there. Thanks for that update. However, I just cannot understand that Susan does not return my numerous phone calls I made to her. When I placed the order with her, she had called me on a Sunday afternoon which I thought was a little odd. Regardless, we had a good chat and she took the order.

I guess I will keep trying to call her and keep sending Dennis emails.

I just hate to dispute the charge but then I will be forced to do that shortly without any updates from them.

Saw both of them at the WGH at Novi 2 weekends ago with all their new Z Stuff.  I picked up a couple of their new 2 and 3 position signals.  Give them a call or email.  They should be around.

Thanks Greg. That was only (2) weeks ago...I guess Susan never checks her answering machine. It has (3) calls on it from me.
