Notice To All Members,
It is Jan. 14, 2022, I placed an order 6 days ago and my order has not been processed (from what I can tell by the web site). I have called and sent multiple emails and have not received any response. The web site appears to be open, but no ones home. What gives, is the business closed? If so the web site needs to be closed. If this is how the business operates, it should be closed!

Suggest that you search for other threads regarding Imperial. This has been an issue for quite awhile. IIRC, one of the threads had the OGR forum handle of the owner - including that in a post (prefaced by @) might get his attention.
If you’re talking about Imperial Train Company, a search here by the proper name will find a post that’ll explain why you’re not getting a response.
If it's Imperial Train Company, I ordered an engine from them late last year. Took a few days to get out but it did arrive.
Never had an issue with them. Their last complaint was during the freeze over in Texas (their location) but they sorted it out if I remember.
