I am building a couple of elevated platforms along side two of my mainlines. This will leave me with two 8' blank walls that I thought would look great decorated with miniature billboard type signage. I found tons of refrigerator magnets that would fit the bill nicely. Then my wife recommended using magnetic paint to help stick the magnets onto the board. I have read lots of reviews on this type of paint and the results are dubious, at best. It's a lot of work, requiring multiple coats of the stuff, and it's messy and stinky. I'm just wondering if it's worth the effort, or if I should just consider an alternative to fastening the magnets to the wood wall.

Any ideas or comments?
