Has anyone used the Just Plug Sequencer on the Woodland Scenic's Buildings top floors

I am planning to install and sequence top floor lights in my Built Up Woodland Scenic's buildings. I have the sequencers and will probably start in a week or two.

I was wondering if there are any tips or pitfalls that might have been encountered.
