Has engine repainted a pre war tunnel?

Here's a 120 I bought recently...picture is not the best, but you get a sense of what it looks like:

 I would think using a brush and dabbing the colors as shown on the tunnel above would give you a good start. The key is to use earth colors and nothing too bright.
