Well it's mid-February and mine has not appeared. Has anyone got theirs?

Thanks, that's good to know.
Not like the Eastern Division is cutting it close or anything.

The actual booklet is online on EDTCA website.
Mine arrived today as well.
Got my badge today in the mail. I registered online. I haven’t got the booklet yet.
Nope, haven't seen anything yet. I have my hotel reservation, so I'm not worried about the badge yet.
Got my badge at the last meet, and hotel is booked.
IMO, in these days of declining membership and rising costs, perhaps the ED should go online-only with this, especially since buying badges online is so easy and reliable.
Arrived yesterday in upstate New York
Received mine today
Mine came a few days ago but I had preregistered a few weeks ago and already have my badge.
Pete
Got my membership dues invoice today....does that count?
Haven't seen it, ordered it last week. Per the email, said they wouldn't be mailing it out until after the 25th in my case. Now to book the hotel, what was that hotel GRJ mentioned with the jacuzzies and the jungle room.........
Nope, but I got my April badge while at the October meet.
Booked the hotel as we checked out too
A little off topic, but since this is a York thread...
At a meet this large, do you just wander around the different halls looking for the trains you want to buy? Or is there a "system"? I could see looking to attend in a year or two when I get a little more serious about collecting.
Mine arrived yesterday. I also received, in reply to my inquiry, a response from the registrar. She informed me that about half of the booklets were mailed on 2/11 and the other half on 2/14. Delays were encountered because of a problem with the printer.

Mine arrived today.
Observations / questions...
The fairgrounds map (middle of booklet, after p. 8) identifies the location of the Yellow hall. However, only Orange and Purple are listed as dealer halls, and Yellow isn't listed under member halls. To further complicate matters, a hall captain is listed for Yellow (p. 8), and the hours for Yellow are listed for members on page 4. Does anyone know if dealers or members (or nobody) will be in Yellow?
Couldn't find any mention of TCA's sale booth - used to be at the museum, was in Yellow in October. Anyone know any details?

It's not just for collectors - modular groups will have operating layouts, and a lot of items are available for those who run their trains.
As for a strategy, it's really simple - bring a large vehicle and lots of cash. For a more serious discussion of approaches to the meet, there are numerous topics in the York meet section on the forum.
Mine arrives today.
Arrived yesterday, February 18, out here on The Coast.
Not yet in CT, but I'm sure it's on the way.

RT,
You west (wrong) coast get preferred treatment from the east(right) coast! LOL! Too bad you are not making the trek this April. See you and the westies in October.
Mine arrived today, and will be on its way back in Tuesday's mail.
I received mine Thursday. I don't think I will be able to go, but may pay the registration anyway, just in case.
Mine also arrived yesterday. But I already registered at October’s Meet.
Got mine Saturday, looking forward to it. Glad it's three days again.
Just as an advertisement, I'll be selling off all the accessories I've collected over the years. All postwar, no Military or Space, and they all work. I'll post where I'll be when I find out.
I'm 69, and it's time to start thinning things out so my wife won't have to deal with it.
See You At York!
I got mine yesterday (SE Pa). Guess the closer you live to York, the longer the mail takes!
Jim
Mine also came yesterday to the Delaware Valley.
My flight, hotel and car reservations are all secured. All I need now is for nice weather in Baltimore for the landing and for York Week!!
I can taste the cheesesteaks at Latucca's already!! The York Meet is a beautiful thing!
I won't be going. Drat! So just today I put the unopened booklet on the shelf.
Mine came over the weekend.....

Sorry to hear that, Mark. I hope you make it in October for sure.
Yep, got my booklet, badge, and hotel. Ready to rock!!
I got mine last week. Still not sure if I’m going to attend.
Hi, have had ours for quite a while I always order ours very early so I'm sure I'll have it for the show!
