The URL appears to be invalid. I tried it and got an error message (can't find server). I did find one online directory listing with that address as a link, but the link didn't work either.

A big variety of hand-painted, imported figures, many you will not see anywhere else.

If you wish, tell Roy his friend, Frank, of Layout Refinements recommended him to you,.

Maybe, Roy's son has the website down while working on it. Then instead, I'd call Roy @ home at that number.

That figure I showed you is numbered, in his catalog:

SVN-008

You may also like: #'s OF32 and SVN-004 and -003 for your purpose.

I have a general, "philosophical" question. There is a photo above that illustrates it. I see the "problem" in all scales, and all magazines, etc.

Many of us (mostly you) take much time is devoted to making a scene look realistic (to your preferred standards), even going to the point of weathering equipment and buildings, doing nice scenery and ground cover, lighting... I'm excluding the strictly Toy Train guys, who have different goals.

So why do so many (most?) layouts insist on showing shiny people and clothing. What - a little Dullcote couldn't ooze over from the locomotives and buildings? People and clothing are not shiny - and no remarks about 70's double-knit fabrics...even they weren't that shiny!

The guys working on/talking at the wooden shed above are a perfect example. The one in blue looks like he's been treated to Meguiar's finest wax and buff, all over. Otherwise the scene is nice. The shine detracts.

I accept your criticism. You make a good point, although, I do not "insist" on having them buffed-n-shiny. Rather, it has been - in my case - simply an oversight, something I never gave a thought to. Therefore, taking your advice and perspective to-heart, I am going to change my ways in this regard. Every figure will be dull-coated/Matte finished. Good idea, Thanx.

Why was Mayberry such a happy place?  It was because nobody was married!!! Andy, barney, Aunt Bea, Gomer, Goober, Ernest T. Bass, Helen, Thelma Lou, Floyd, Sam, Howard,Clara, Rafe Hollister and about everyone else were single. About the only married man in town was Otis Campbell and he stayed drunk.

assembling pieces for Scuttlebutts (W P Dolls).

For the neighborhood (or any other such place) you may want to consider some of these figures by Roy Baker, also (?)
