I am trying to add lionel 6-11903 to my dcs remote. I have the command base and the mth cable to connect it.

I read the manual and set the switches accordingly.  I tried adding it as one complete engine and i tried adding the dummy and the lead engine sseparately and created a lashup. I addressed them differently and set the switches back to run mode. I can get the dummy to start up and play sound but the lead engine will not move.  I even tried to just add the lead engine by itself and it still wont go.

The engine runs fine in conventional mode.  any suggestions

Thanks

Interesting, I've never tried it, however  we know we can add TMCC engines to the dcs  remote even though they may not even exist.

However it seems when creating a TMCC lash-up, the engines must be added to the dcs  remote and responsive(active).  In other words  . The DCS remote must be able to run the engines.

The first step is to get both engines added to the dcs remote and active on the track..... Now try creating the TMCC  Lash-up.   Anyway t hat's what I would try.

Or give both engines  the same TMCC address and run as a single unit.  Changing the TMCC address with only the DCS remote is probably the hardest part.
