Headlight and Back-up light Problem onMTH Penn 0-6-0 Steam Engine | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I just added the above engine to my DCS layout everything is working except the headlight and back-up light on the tender. Please advise if there is a special feature on the remote to get the lights to work.

Press the #7, "HDLT", key on the DCS Remote to toggle the headlight and backup light on and off.

The tender's backup light is only on when the engine is in reverse.
