Headlight on a Legacy non-powered diesel question

I got these out of the box yesterday. All seems to be programmed, but I can't seem to turn on/off the non-powered's headlight. Actually, I did it once, but I have no idea how to do it. When I hit Aux 2, the red lights on the side will go on and off, but I just don't know how to work the headlight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Larry-

Are both powered and non-powered units lashed up in the legacy remote? If so, try deleting the lash-up and addressing each locomotive independently. Also try performing a TMCC/Legacy reset to see if the lights come back on.
