Headlight on FEF

My headlight is off on my fef. I tried the lamp on and off on cab 2 and it turns the mars light on and off but nothing else. Also my marker lights are always on Did my headlight burn out or am I missing something to turn it back on. My tender light comes on in reverse like it should and goes off in forward . If the light is burned out is this user replaceable and can I get it from Lionel. Thanks in advance.
