Were all Lionel Lines Heavyweight 'Madison' style cars made in USA?

I am trying to find out country of origin (CoO) for ALL Lionel Lines heavyweight series.
I am certain the Lionel Corp. pre-war and post war (ca. 1941-1950) where made in USA.
There was a LTI era series re-introduced (ca. 1991-93). I suspect these may be Korean.
There was a Lionel LLC era re-introduction (ca. 1997; 'Lionel Legends'). I suspect these may be Korean or Chinese.
Not aware of any other Lionel Lines heavyweight offerings after 2000.
You're talking about traditional-sized Heavyweights, and specifically not about scale-sized or "baby madison" sized cars, correct?

Yes. Not interested in the so-called 'Baby Madison' series. Just the traditional Lionel Lines series.
The boxes for all of the "Lionel Lines" 1991 series of Madison Cars are labeled "MADE AND LITHO IN U.S.A."

Greg, thanks for confirming the CoO for me. I am hoping to locate a set of 1991 Madison heavyweights for a 'runner set'. Any source for diaphragms? Looking to operate on 0-54 diameter track.
