I have a Lionel 8206 Steam type engine with a New York Central Coal tender. The coal tender has a sound card (pictured) that is suppose to be Steam and Whistle. There is no sounds. Does anyone know here I can have this board repaired, or is there a replacement?

I believe those were the old "sound of steam" boards which never sounded all that great anyways...more like controlled static. I did find this you tube video where the guy replaced the capacitors and it worked again.
