Well you have some choices. From the Tufts guide to AF sets:
The 312 AC came in five sets.
4607A (1948) had a 632,625,630...very possible...other cars could have been added.
4609A (1948) was a passenger set...650,650,651...So this IS NOT the set.
4619A (1948 and 1949) same cars in both sets...717,627,632,630...the 627 (a flat car) is not in your set but the 717 is. other cars could have been added. Possible.
4850 (1948) had a 632, 625,635 (a crane car), 630...possible but you have no crane car.
5114 (1951) was a passenger set...718,650,650...so this is NOT the set.
So my group gives you these possibles...set#'s 4607A, 4619A or 4850.
Any one is a possible as any cars could have been added later, traded for another car, or even possibly substituted by store personal to make a sale. Who knows?
As to value, well that's all about condition.
The 312AC in Excellent condition goes for about $100.00. All the other cars are very common with mediocre value. Again, condition of the boxes (if any) and all other components of the set will raise values if in pristine condition.
Hope this helps.
