Help Identifying Cast Signs

I have no idea but I love them.

Your testing my memory on H&H. They were primarily a flashlight manufacturer. Like many companies, they switched to making toy train stuff after the war to keep their employees working. To us train people they are best know for some very colorful litho houses.

H & H Manufacturing was based in Pittsburgh, PA.  They made the great cast signs shown below.  As far as I know these were the only signs they made.  Note the bases are round and have holes in them which is why I don't think they signs I originally posted about were not made by H & H.  Don

The signs in the original post are Set #31 Railroad Signs from Gilbert American Flyer. Here are two more sets in their OB’s. #30 Highway Signs on the left and #32 City Street Equipment on the left. My memory is failing me at the moment but Gilbert may have sourced these from Authenticast.

I neglected to add, Set #31 has a total of 8 railroad signs.

Thanks for your help.  I had completely forgotten about the American Flyer cast sets.  Another case of forgetting what I used to know.  Thanks again.

Pleased to help. On the subject of H&H, I am from Pittsburgh. H&H made these die cast street lamps that are almost identical to the Gilbert plastic boulevard lamps.

H&H marketed their houses under the Twinkletown Houses name.
