Am going through some parts boxes and don't remember what these are.
Can you help me identify what these are please.
I think the first one is a MRC 'Sound Commander' (have 2 of these)

#2 is a Lionel 103 Electronic Reverse Unit board from a can-motored, starter set locomotive. (It'll power up to two small can motors.)
#3 is a Lionel DCDS motor driver board. It does NOT have Odyssey speed control.

#1 looks more like a Williams Tru-Blast horn/whistle unit to me.

I agree.
The ERR DC Commander is a TMCC set for DC motored locomotive, but the board pictured on top of the manual does indeed look like the ERR Sound Commander. Don't know what's actually in the bag with the DC Commander label.
#1 is a Williams True Blast II board and speaker.
# 1 might be the older True Blast 1 by Williams, don't look like T.B. 2., or the regular horn by Williams from an older GP-9.
# 4 looks like a Williams reverse circuit board with a connector harness for a second set of motors.

#3 is a DCDR (no cruise), DCDS is an Odyssey board which this is not.This is a DCDS board:
