Help identifying tinplate lighted building

Can anyone identify this building?  I can't find it in my prewar Lionel books, and I've tried Google searches on every other maker I could think of.  It has a yellowish base and olive green sides.  The windows are paper / cardstock.  It has two terminals for the light fixture.  It's missing the roof and maybe some awnings.  I'd like to find out who made it and when, and I'd like to find a picture of a complete one so that I might restore it.  Thanks for your help.

Thank you very much David and Fred.  Wow that was fast.  Fred, I think yours is exactly the version I have.  Seems like a relatively rare building.   I searched and searched on Google last night using Dorfan and other makers with no success.  Your photos will help me manufacture a roof and awning for it and paint the roof the correct color.  It will go on my layout.  Would you place its date in the early to mid-30s?
