I bought these signs at York and cannot identify the manufacturer. They are similar in appearance to Lionel No. 308. They are cast metal. I'm guessing they are late pre-war or early post war.

I would guess Tootsietoy?
I have the yard limit sign and they are high pressure die cast, so Tootsie is a good guess, maybe Hubley??? There are NO markings.
I'm thinking Authenticast.
H and H Sales & Mfg. Co., Pgh. (12) Pa. ... Pittsburgh?
pre ZIP code (1963?) is the best i can say. does look older.

Thanks for the information. I had searched through the usual suspects without success.
Never heard of H and H prior to your post. The signs aren't scarce by any means so I guess they had a pretty good distributiuon network
