Help Please M1A Beeps randomly

Does it do it over switches as well or just the sensor track?

(Not to entirely change the subject, does it have whistle smoke?)

I have been testing and it does the beeping randomly. I thought it was related to the sensor track but it does it at random locations. The whistle steam works fine. My remote and base are 1.52 and I noticed that the menus are not the same as in the manual. I cannot control the tender lights or the doghouse light. I also can't get a report on coal and water levels. I will try to update my cab and base, but I don't think that would cause the random beep.
