Help saving a San Diego Trolley U2 Siemens | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hello Everyone,

One of the organizations I belong to in San Diego needs help. The San Diego Trolley retired their Duewag-Siemens U2 Fleet in 2010. Many are sitting in the Trolley Yard in San Diego awaiting the torch while some went to Mendoza, Argentina to help start their transit system and some went to museums around the country for static display or operating in revenue service.

Our organization needs help acquiring 1002, the 2nd car built and we would like it to accompany our PCC Car on Display and the famous car 54.

Any help is appreciated and thank you for your time.

For those that are on the eastern part of the country, there is a San Diego Siemens U-2 car preserved and operating at the Rockhill Trolley Museum in PA
