Yep, looks like someone had some stickers and made up a custom reefer.
Yes looks like a custom sticker job.
With those trucks it appears to be a custom-decorated Lionel MPC 9850-series Billboard reefer from the 1970’s.

Thanks for the info...but i know it's custom made...I was looking to find out if anybody has ever seen one like it.I should have made myself more clear...but thanks for the input...Joe
Suggestion only: Edit the thread's title to include "Custom Made." A similar edit in your original post would help, also--just a suggestion.
Its a Lionel semi-scale (027) woodsided reefer. They made a number of them in different road names.
Here are a few recent versions, there have been dozens offered over secveral decades.

Rick,
Your photos show 2 different kinds of reefers. The car in question was made from the same mold as the first car in your photos. Note the underframe details and plug door which match the OP's car which he said was marked 6672. Lionel used that for the 6672 post-war reefer and then later for what MPC called the "billboard reefers" starting with the #9850 Budweiser in 1972. The other 3 cars do not have those underframe details and have a different type of door. I beleive they were called "woodside reefers" by MPC although they look more like box cars.
To answer the OP's new question, I've never seen one like that either.
