Hello all,
I recently picked up a 3rd Rail PRR Gas Electric with TMCC. The rear of this sits lower than the front and its causing issues as the cow catcher is riding on the middle Rail. It’s a measurable difference. It was apart to fix loose windows before I bought it. The front wheels of the rear truck do not even touch the tracks.
Was the rear truck reinstalled improperly? Is this a normal height? Anyone able to fix this? This is not an item I want to take any chances working on myself. I would prefer to keep it out of the shop that had it before to reinstall the windows.
