I am on my second iteration of my train layout, and this time I have trying to set up block sections to park engines on sidings and have it powered by a separate transformer.

Currently when I have a Lighted Car  go from one section with separate transformer to the other it shorts out and trips the breaker on the transformer, that is going to be for that siding.

I am currently testing it with some rolling stock that way I don't destroy one of my engines.

I am not sure if I should move the Atlas insulating connector to where the switch connects to the siding, or if I am missing something to get it working the way I think it should in my head.

Image are included and notes are made to give reference.
