Help with culvert loader

My new Bethlehem culvert loader decided not to work today. Worked fine since I have had it but not today. The motor works but it does not move along the rail on its own. Is there anything I should look for? Or should I just send it back to Lionel for repair.

try cleaning the wheels and the inside of the rail.

worked for me.... hope it helps....

Lionel has posted a series of helpful videos on YouTube, including one on adjusting the loader/unloader so that they work better.
