Seen at the Red Caboose Lodge in Strasburg, PA, back in 1989. wonder if they still have one in this road name?

They do! However, it's painted like an orange Lionel box now. It's orange and where Lionel Lines is it's bordered with blue lines and the lettering in blue. Almost all the cabooses (cabeese?) have been repainted as they've been updating them.
I stayed there once. The Lionel painted caboose is really cool. I didn't stay in that particular caboose though.
Since you put a question mark after that word the correct plural for caboose is cabooses. You had it right the first time. Just a FYI, I am not trying to be a Sheldon Cooper.
Stayed there too. The giant illuminated bulb in the middle of the caboose kept me up all night.

How could it light? There was no third rail for the roller to contact.
I stayed there a couple of times, now at least a decade ago, once for York, and once in the D&RGW caboose. Will have to check out new paint jobs.
Stayed there once. "Once" being the key word. I still have the heebie jeebies all these years later. Looking for a hotel Stick to the name brand stuff.
Many Dads gave into the pleas of their kids and stayed there once. As said above, "once" is the key word.
