Issue 1 - blow off does not function. It appears there is a pulsation of the blow off smoke fan with “all” smoke units in the off position and sound turned off. It does sound like it is from the general area of the blow off smoke unit. 

So, What would cause the fan to pulsate? I’m thinking a issue with the rcmc. As, a note there are no errors via cab lighting.

Just this noise and no smoke.

Issue 2 - Boiler cab removal. Has anyone removed the cab yet for repair. Any scope on  Screw removal for boiler removal.

 

 

 

I recommend spelling change to Niagara.  If left, it will not pop up properly in searches.  Don’t have yours, but also Lionel # will be helpful to you and those that can help.  Good luck
