That's a great idea, and it would probably sell very well. However, we make limited runs of our buildings and then never repeat them so they become collectible and more valuable over time. Thusly enhancing and protecting our customer's investment in the building.

We'd like our buildings to remain good investments for you!

While there are certainly no guarantees, a quick check of the asking prices on 'the bay' for comparison (the Herman's Sauerkraut Factory, American Power & Light, and many others), reveals that some folks that bought multiple buildings and held them for resale seem to be doing quite well!

I hope this helps explain our rationale from a business perspective.

Now fun-wise, we just enjoy coming up with new buildings and trying to out-do ourselves. Not having the older buildings to sell forces us to be creative and come up with new buildings, which we really enjoy doing!

Some guys really enjoy $1,000 engines, and that's really great. We enjoy seeing how great we can make a $100 building and how we can also make it continue to be valuable in the years to come.

It's kind of crazy but we are having a lot of fun doing it.

We would appreciate hearing about any ideas you have for buildings, related accessories and animation we can try that pops into your minds!

Please enjoy our hobby and stay well! We look forward to hearing everyone's suggestions.
