Thanks Mike!! I still can't believe I haven't gotten there to visit yet.
Seeing the transfer table in operation is impressive as is the massive engine servicing building.
Wow! That is incredible! Wish I lived closer!!! (Pittsburgh)
I have long been too old and lame to attend the great NJ Hi-railers layout open house and also enjoy Vinnie's food. But I thoroughly enjoy viewing the videos annually. I think I saw a consist of the ancient 1918 & 1922 built Lackawana Electrics I rode from Morris Plains to Hoboken and back 5 days weekly during the 1960s-70s. Many thanks to the folks who built and maintain the layout and video it for us to enjoy. Really nothing like it in the world.
Mike
thanks for sharing, missed you at Trainstock

Well, as a member of the LoneStar Hi Railers, I guess I'm obliged to say everything is usually bigger in Texas, but we have no comparison to the NJ Hi Railers. Great job. (but, hey, I grew up in Jersey on the North Jersey Coast Line)
I always enjoy seeing videos of your layout. Just fantastic.
Thanks for the video Mike. Just wish that I lived closer.

Well if it's any consolation, you can see in the video that we did run The Texas Special.
