Absolutely Fascinating !!!
Wonderful. Its a shame all that equipment is boxed up. I would happily volunteer to run it.
I`d like to see MTH make the One-of-a-kind DORFAN WIDE-GAUGE 4-6-0 STEAM ENGINE Prototype like they did the SUPER 381 and 'BRUTE' for Lionel...
Amazing! Thanks for posting this.
Another -DORFAN MTH- could make is to buy the Tooling for the 3930 DORFAN 'CROCODILE' made in korea a few years ago...
If anyone is interested, I posted a video of an uncatatalogued 3919 Dorfan set,
running on the old GPD prewar layout. I bring it out every Christmas and run it a
few laps. Go to You Tube and search for jdzara videos.

Isn't MTH the one who made the reproduction? MTH has made the majority of the repops in the last ten years at least.
They should already own the tooling, if it's the loco I am thinking about.

I think the Company was 'Korea Brass' and it was made for 'T Reproductions' . I remember reading that they used a Laser to measure the entire surface of an original Engine..
I used to watch Video on a DORFAN Website saying Korea Brass was going to reproduce the Wide-Gauge Cars to go with the different Colors of the 3930 Engines, which was never completed, but MTH did make the Cars, so people with the Engines ,many years later, were able to buy the Cars..
