How much HO trains stuff do you see at York? Is is worth the trip if you are a big HO guy?

There is some scattered here and there but I don't recall seeing much. I was not looking for HO so there may have been more that I didn't notice.
You will see some Lionel and Gilbert/AF HO.

You'll find some there, but it may take some looking. I have seen and purchased Marklin HO there in the past, but I assume you're looking for more of the traditional 2-rail items.
We've purchased HO and N gauge at York. If my primary interest was in HO or N gauge trains, the show would not be worth the long (6 hours 1 way) drive to me.

Are there specific brands or eras of equipment which interest you? If you can provide some additional information, I can probably provide you with a reasonably informative answer as I look for other scales at York myself. Depending upon what it is you have in mind, you may indeed be successful in your search. For example, there is frequently a good selection of older equipment - even brass - but I wouldn't have high hopes of finding recently released Athearn Genesis or Kato models.

I remember it being worn/used stuff as part of a "O" dealers table. I don't recall a display of only "HO" or "N" that you would find at a KATO table at a Greenburg show or at Allentown. You may find used small scale scenics (especially buildings). York is also good for "train room" stuff, and books/paper items.
I don't recall dealer names, but there are at least 2 or 3 dealers in the purple hall across from the book seller that have HO (side wall closest to the grandstand).
Also, two aisles in the orange hall on the lobby side usually have large HO displays. One seems to specialize in Athearn including blue box stuff.
You will also find used HO of various vintages scattered around the member halls. There are always Penn Line, Varney, Hobbyline, etc. boxed sets to tempt the HO collector.

Just trains at Allentown had allot of MTH HO trains, maybe they will at York.
I think you can find some great deals on HO stuff or any non O/s/standard. Most of the folks that bring it, really want to get rid of it. But you are only looking at about a handful of folks selling it.
I will be bringing some N and possibly some HO.
Personally, I've picked up a few Walthers, Athearn and other items in the Brown Hall, right next to the Orange Hall.

If you intend to go to York for HO, don't bother going.
