I finally finished my homemade test stand. I never had a transformer that displayed amps so I built this stand out of stuff I had laying around and ordered the two meters. It's Realtrax track with the UCS. It is pretty basic but it gets the job done. I used two banana jacks so I could plug in any type of transformer depending on what type of train I was testing. I also purchased the test rollers at York in October so I don't even need a loop of track anymore. It's not fancy but it works. I would like to thank everyone on the forum that 'helped' me with this from a wiring diagram for the meters to all the great ideas I see here that help foster my creativity.
