Horn / Bell won't work

Check your transformer. Try another one if you have it.

I hooked up my CW 80, train ran but the green light on the transformer blinked, don't know why,it runs my other train great,  I do not see a short, all wheels are on the track and the track is clear,the connection is good. The blinking  starts when  I apply the speed.

I unhooked CW 80 and rehooked the Railking Z1000, did not touch the train, and it ran great but no horn or bell
