The Hoster brewery complex near downtown Columbus, killed off by Prohibition, for which Atlas did reefers, has won state preservation tax credits and will be rebuilt with a hotel, offices, and apartments. I am guessing the rails of its siding, still visible in the parking lot, will now be covered over.
