Was thinking about subscribing to OGR Magazine, (the real one that is printed and arrives by mail each month). I could not find a way to subscribe on the OGR forum website. Am I missing this somewhere? I suggest you advertise your magazine subscriptions on your own forum. You might increase your readership greatly if there was an obvious way to subscribe.

If I have overlooked some link, then I take back everything I have said and apologize.

Help me out here. How can I subscribe.

Thanks,

Jeff

The difference, that I have noticed, is when the original Digital Subscriber account expires...you are not able to go back and review any of the issues that were included during the subscription period. With the hard copy print edition you are able to pick it up at anytime and read/review points of interest...at least for as long as there is ink on the pages. So, for me...the print edition is a better investment!

Not correct...

You can download anything you want from the OGR Digital Library during your subscription period. Once you have downloaded the PDF files to your local computer, you can read them off-line any time you want to, whether or not you have a Digital Subscription.

Just click on the "DOWNLOAD" button and the PDF file will download to your device. You'll need a program like Goodreader in order to read the file on the iPad.

Thanks for the update...glad to know that it wasn't caused by something I did or didn't do. I have the Adobe Reader app, but the downloaded OGR files were never available there? In any event, I have requested that our local small town library replace Model Railroading with the O Gauge Railroading Magazine in their reference area...keeping my fingers crossed.

Why not request adding OGR to their reference area? I'm sure there are other hobbiests who read Model Railroading and wouldn't appreciate having it replaced with OGR.
