My TIU stopped working yesterday, took out the 6 screws and one corner is loose but the rest seems locked down can not remove the cover? What is holding it from the 2 halves coming apart? I do not see any locking snap tabs on the side that is loose?

Hoping to get a look inside to see if a wire or board has come loose?

OK tks might be the terminal screws clamped to tight. Will try again.

I bring my TIU when running DCS trains at the garden railway club. The TIU worked fine one day at our garden railway train club next day did not work but when I got home tried it again and it worked fine. Someone suggested it might be an issue with a Wi Fi repeater near by. Will test again at the club.  Thanks

Do not use runny super glue to glue in the rubber feet so they do not come off. Finally pulled the halves apart. Runny glue had run down into the hole under the feet; when I glued the feet on did a great job of gluing the top section to the bottom half.

Was able to tighten down the loose nuts holding the wires on to the terminals several were loose.

Can not see anything loose on the board.
