How do you wire Harry's Barber shop?

I have a animated Harry's barber shop "71-4168-250" where the 2 barbers are animated as well as the barber pole. I got the manual on Lionel site but it's not very clear. If I'm correct the lights should be on all the time and you hit the slide switch to activate the animation. Anyone have a diagram to wire it correctly?

You are correct. When you turn the power on the lights will come on. The slide switch makes the animation work.
