How does one contact the owner of Trainz?

After several attempts to correct a problem with the Trainz website, and after attempting to work through the customer service department, I find that still, the website issues with this auction site and my account are not fixed.

Emails go unanswered, phone calls go unanswered.

How do I contact the owner> What is his name?

I had the same results. I finally gave up. Removed them from my favorites list.
