How to hook up type R transformer? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have a 100 watt type "R" transformer, I have two loops of track. There are posts A, B, C, D, E and F, what wires go to what posts to get the two loops running. I've searched google and can't find a diagram. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for you time.

Type R

AB 8V

AD 14V

BE 16V

DE 10V

Right Knob AC 14 to 24V

BC 6 to 16V

Left Knob AF 14 to 24V

BF 6 to 16V

The R transformer does not have a whistle button so

the adjustable output voltage is higher.

Thank you for all your help. And that one fellow was correct, it does show it on the faceplate, I didn't see it.
