Could someone please tell me how to order Atlas O scale parts? I have a Trainman RPO car with a broken truck, and I've poked around in every place I could think of at the Atlas website for a replacement. But although I found the parts diagrams (I need #6019), I can't find anywhere to place an order for O scale parts. Unless I'm unusually inattentive, I don't see a page to order anything but HO and N scale parts.

Their site is not user friendly, I need a replaccement smoke unit element and board and can't find one. I guess you can do what I did and that was email them direcly..

You better know exactly what you want because the parts site is mighty thin on pictures.
Call them at their main number. They will connect you with one of their production/design engineers and they can figure out what you need from there. They have many parts that are not listed on the website. You get the exact parts you need that way. They re very helpful.
