I was packing away my trains getting ready to move when I saw some paint on one of my cabooses. It must gotten their when the house was repainted. What’s the best way to get the paint off?

If that is Latex paint, you should be able to scrape it off with the edge of a sturdy plastic credit card or the like. It isn't going to be easy getting down into the treads of the walkway. Also try a sharp toothpick.
I was able to get most of it off like that it’s still kinda noticeable but not the end of the world (although it is a bit annoying) I do have another pennsy caboose of the same kind so I’ll live!
Try some generic Lectric Shave on a cotton swab. Be sure to rinse the shell off thoroughly or it will stain the plastic...
