Think they're really barbers.
Don't think they're railroaders, just a singing quartet posing as railroaders.
Could be the rules were different back then, but some of the quartet steps on the ball of the rail. That's a no-no.
One of the real crew (clothes are work-dirty) steps down from the cab at 1:50 or so into the clip, and correctly steps over the rails.
Neat little clip. But they're not railroaders. Just my opinion.

Stepping on the very highly polished top/ball of the rail is an EXCELLENT way to slip and sprain/break ones ankle. Professional railroaders can always tell a novice/rookie/outsider when that person steps on the rail.
