well i went over to my "local hobby shop" which is actually an hour away but i know i'm fortunate to have one. the owner recently bought a collection out and he said i got something that will interest you. so he walks out from the back and i saw the number on the shipping carton 6-11131. oh boy the black lionel fef brand new sealed in the shipping carton! i have been after this engine for awhile now so to have it right there in front of me for sale at a fair price and it was a few days before my birthday yet, so i bought myself a present. i couldn't get the credit card out of my pocket quick enough. now a week later i'm thinking hmmm what about the new black fef i have on pre-order? wondering if i should just cancel it or wait and see if the new version is alot better than this one (which this one will be a hard one for lionel to top) or another option would be to see if i could just switch to another cab number fef. oh boy what a choice to make.
