I am in town for a few days for business. Is there any train places I can seek off too or would be sad to miss?
I can't tell if the narrow gauge trains are still running downtown or have moved to thier new location.

Nothing I noticed while there. No narrow gauge running through downtown. A lot of tourist shops though with the typical overpriced things

Regular Season Dates and Hours: Saturday, May 7th – Sunday, October 30th. During the regular season the museum is open Saturdays-Thursdays from 9:30am-4:00pm, with trains on the hour from 10:00am-3:00pm. On Fridays the museum is open from 11:30am-4:00pm with train rides on the hour from Noon-3:00pm.
Norms trains in casco is open thurs and fri...been featured in OGR i believe the most recent issue.
Rigby yard in south portland...full of PanAm/Guilford sometimes NS and CSX.
You are also near my layout...very utilitarian but motive wireless sound system worth a visit.

If you are going up I-95 from Massachusetts, there is an antique store in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire that also sells O and HO. Haven't been there in a few years, but they had enough stuff there to be worth a look. About an hour south of Portland.
