OK, I didn't really need a train horn but this one came into my possession with the assistance of our TCA Prez.

Stu came by for a quick visit today, the pics show the horn in question.

The other picture is Stu viewing my Train Storage Room. His comment "feels like Madison Hardware in here".

I got to tell Stu where I got a melted Atlas Hopper (York Bandit meet - but that's another story) as well as cars from past TCA conventions including the TCA 50th back in 2004. I showed Stu my Air Force One Engine and thanked him for making that item happen.

We shared lunch then sent him on his way with a goodie bag for the hotel.

The visit was quick due to work requirements for both of us, but it sure was fun having another train guy in the house looking at my benchwork, some of my trains on the wall, and stack of plywood.

BTW - MJ has given approval for this to hang in the entranceway tall wall off my left shoulder.

Too funny. The storage room is actually a bit messy after digging for two missing Christmas Cars (still haven't found them) that my wife gave me. How does one lose two Christmas Cars?

Ted, I still have a couple of SteelToys bridges and a loop of his EL for subways. That was one scary basement that TRex had.

Chris, I have had the same wish for a train horn in my personal car whenever someone cuts me off in traffic.
